FLOW Mellow

Difficulty level: 1 | Style: Restorative/Gentle Hatha

This experience is welcoming and accessible to all types of human beings. Whether this is your very first yoga session or whether you've been at it for years and deeply enjoy the balancing aspects of a gentle practice, this is the ideal class for you. We all need to slow down in the midst of this busy world, give back to ourselves, and tune into a state of being that brings us peace and clarity. In FLOW Mellow, postures will primarily be low to the ground (supine, seated, prone, and kneeling). Slow, full breaths, gentle postures that gradually enhance flexibility and mobility, and soothing music coalesce to bring you a total fusion of the mind and body with this glorious present moment.

FLOW Power

FLOW Power is a dynamic class, focused on syncing breath with movement, cultivating intention, heat, and control over the body and the mind. This particular style of Vinyasa queues more challenging physical postures, transitions, and workout-style repetitions to take you to you edge and break through your plateaus. Be prepared for an athletic, yet light-hearted experience that combines a paced high heart rate with postures that evolve physical strength, balance, and flexibility. (Some yoga experience recommended). Live DJ Losa Fólk will spin beats for us each week throughout the practice!

FLOW Vinyasa
(Level 3-4)

FLOW Vinyasa (Level 3-4) a mid-upper level Vinyasa experience. This class is intended to be inclusive, offering you the perfect sanctuary to cultivate intention and health for your week. This class is perfect for students that are either somewhat familiar to vinyasa or students with physical awareness that are looking to get into it. The instructor will always offer options to make the experience more or less challenging for you. This practice is focused on syncing breath with movement, cultivating intention, heat, and control over the body and the mind. This class will be nice and fluid, like a movement and breath meditation. Be prepared for options to endure a relatively athletic, yet light-hearted experience that combines a paced high heart rate with postures that evolve physical strength, balance, and flexibility. (Some yoga experience or physical awareness recommended!)

AERIAL Stretch & Strength

Learn conditioning tips to get you Aerial-fit from an seasoned Aerial performer, Cassie Catania. Increase your strength and flexibility through various drills that you an practice in-studio or at home! Feel your Aerial comfort and progress slowly increase as time goes on. Please wear relatively tight-fitted pants that go past the knee and a shirt that goes past the shoulder/underarm. No jewelry or pointy bits, please!

AERIAL Intro

This session is perfect for those who are new to Aerial yoga or looking for an experience with low-mid difficulty level. Using the Aerial Yoga Hammock as a prop, dive into an experience of anti-gravity yoga. There are many ways to use the fabric to stretch, strengthen, fly, invert, and de-stress. All-levels of experience welcome to attend. All inversions and balancing postures are optional and can be modified. Please wear relatively tight-fitted pants that go past the knee and a shirt that goes past the shoulder/underarm. No jewelry or pointy bits, please!

ADVANCED Yoga Nerd

Join Maggie Rose Rucker for this special kind of practice. Each session will be themed or dedicated towards a peak pose. This is an out-of-the-box, workshop-style class. We will be learning about our bodies, breaking through persona plateaus and using props and the wall to take our practice further. This will be a yoga nerd's playful paradise. Each week will be different. Let's be playful, liberate ourselves from our barriers, and achieve new yoga heights!

AERIAL
Tricks & Restore

This aerial session integrates a spectrum of energy levels. Begin with a yummy warm up using the fabric as a yoga prop to assist stretch, strength, and balance. Next, move into some funky tricks that are accessible and modifiable (we do recommend taking Aerial for All first). Lastly, cool-down with a restorative melt-time as you savor the mental, physical, and emotional effects of the practice. Please wear relatively tight-fitted pants that go past the knee and a shirt that goes past the shoulder/underarm. No jewelry, please! 

FLOW Vinyasa
(Level 2-3)

FLOW Vinyasa (Level 2-3) is a wonderful introduction into the more dynamic forms of yoga. This class is perfect for students relatively new to vinyasa or that have been practicing for a while and enjoy the pace of a low-to-mid-level vinyasa class. The instructor will always offer options to make the experience more or less challenging for you. This practice is focused on syncing breath with movement, cultivating intention, heat, and control over the body and the mind. This class will be nice and fluid, like a movement and breath meditation. Be prepared for options to endure a relatively athletic, yet light-hearted experience that combines a paced high heart rate with postures that evolve physical strength, balance, and flexibility. (Some yoga experience or physical awareness recommended, no vinyasa experience needed!)

AERIAL for Every Body

New to Aerial? Start here! This practice is wonderful if you are completely inexperienced with aerial arts or looking to get back to the basics. It touches on a variety of exercises from balancing, strengthening, meditation, flexibility, and fun! Come lengthen your spine and and hang with us in a zero-gravity immersion. Please wear relatively tight-fitted pants that go past the knee and a shirt that goes past the shoulder/underarm. No jewelry, please! 

ACRO Donation

Welcome to the yoga of partner balancing! Join our fantastic community of friends for high-flying Acro fun. No experience or partner is necessary to come learn the basics and complexities of stagnant postures, mounts, dismounts, transitions, pops, whips and more! Acro is an INCREDIBLY fun way to exercise the body and mind.

YIN & Aromatherapy

Another beginner-friendly style of yoga, some call Yin the yoga of "Not Doing". Each posture is typically held for 3-5 minutes to increase range-of-mobility in the joints, relaxation of the muscles, and a calming of the mind and the parasympathetic nervous system. This kind of deep stretching and relaxation allows the body and mind to slow down in ways that have long lasting mental and physical health benefits. This is a regenerative healing art, allowing the body to replenish itself in many ways more than most types of yoga. AROMATHERAPY optionally is offered throughout the session to enhance a deep-rooted connection to the experience. Nothing stimulates positive memories and emotions the way that sense of smell can!

ANIMAL Flow

This unique style of movement mimics animal locomotion and brings a new awareness to our bodies and their connection to the ground and space. It combines ground-based movement with elements from various body-weight training disciplines to create fun and challenging workouts that emphasize fluid movement. This will be a high-energy and liberating environment for you to express your inner animal in.
