YIN (Level 1) - YIN is a restorative practice for all experience levels. During the practice, poses will be held for several minutes at a time to target the myofascial system of the body to transition into a calming response of the central nervous system. Some call YIN the art of "Not Doing."
MELLOW (Level 1) - In FLOW Mellow, postures will primarily be low to the ground. You will experience slow full breaths, gentle postures that gradually enhance flexibility, and mobility. Create space to slow down, pause, and tune into a state of being that will bring you peace and clarity.
STRETCH & STABILITY (Level 2) - Stretch & Stability is a well-rounded beginner to intermediate Hatha -like practice designed to inspire body awareness and intended to build strength to prepare students for higher-level FLOW classes. This class will incorporate a number of standing balancing postures to offer a more dynamic experience & encourage you to explore your own intuitive nature. Depending on the instructor, this may or may not be taught in a traditional yoga flow like manner
YIN & YANG (Level 2-3) - Yin & Yang Yoga combines the benefits of long-held restorative postures to relax the nervous system & deep connective tissue in the body to then safely enter a strength building vinyasa practice. We recommend that you have some Vinyasa experience before taking this class.
VINYASA (Level 3) - Vinyasa is a movement fluid class in which we link breath to movement from one pose directly into the next. These classes offer modifications for intermediate to beginner practices. Stretch & Stability is a great option prior to this level of class.
CIRCUIT STRENGTH & MOBILITY (Level 3) - This offering is designed to guide students towards improved mobility while also developing strength, stability, and coordination. The key emphasis is to develop strength in reaching your "edge."
POWER | SLOW FOCUS (Level 3-4) - Power | Slow Focus emphasizes the intentionality, alignment, balance through center-line core awareness, and smooth controlled transitions between connecting postures. A deliberate strength building experience to discover your already existing mental & psychical strength. We recommend that you have a strong Vinyasa practice before taking this class.
BASICS (Level 1) - In AERIAL Basics you will learn the fundamental skills like safely sitting & standing on the silks. You will also be introduced to a number of skills & shapes that will prepare you for higher-level classes like, AERIAL Stretch & Stability. All AERIAL classes end with savasana in the silk; cocooned, safe, and infused with relaxation.
STRETCH & STABILITY (Level 2-3) - Comparable to our floor version, AERIAL Stretch & Stability is a well-rounded Hatha practice with the use of the swing. This class is designed to inspire body awareness and intended to build strength to prepare students for higher-level FLOW classes. STRENGTH & TRICKS (Level 3-4) - AERIAL Strength & Tricks is a strengthening inspired class designed to engage core & upper body awareness which will build into fun shapes and tricks while in the swing! All AERIAL classes end with savasana in the silk; cocooned, safe, and infused with relaxation
ECSTATIC DANCE - Ecstatic dance is the practice of letting ourselves be completly engulfed by what is in front of us. This is a 5-rhythms influenced bell curve.
